Your care plan is due in the morning... and you can't find enough information to get "un-confused"
Most of your patient's conditions are included in Maslow's Hierarchy!
You've already seen the "Systematic Outline of Basic Human Needs" (oddly enough... on the page entitled "Basic Human Needs"). The following table gives you a more expanded view of how pathological conditions can be understood as perturbations in the patient's ability to meet his/her own physiologic needs. If you've ever found yourself looking for the inspiration in your textbook to suddenly recognize (in a gnoetic way) your patient's clinical condition it can be frustrating. Reasoning epistemically (step-upon-step) will help you figure out where to look in your text to write that care plan!
